The UK energy storage market offers great potential. It's a changing market but the underlying drivers remain the same - a significant increase in renewable energy supplies amid growing demand for energy and, at the same time, various factors are putting increasing pressure on the electricity grid. The landmark EFR (Enhanced Frequency Response) contracts have kick started the large-scale market and turned the eyes of the world on UK energy storage providers.

This event will focus on what the UK is doing today in energy storage with examples of real companies, real business, that’s happening now; where the market and technology will go in the next few years and how, in many cases, especially in urban environments, it will integrate with a broader connected system within the council, business or home premises.
