Shake your bucket for boobs!

Wales’ leading cancer charity, Tenovus Cancer Care, is inviting supporters from across Wales to ‘Give an Hour’ at one of its 100 Breast Cancer Awareness Month collections.

We're proud sponsors of ‘Buckets for Boobs’ which involves volunteers from Tenovus Cancer Care taking part in bucket collections throughout October to help fund vital, world-class research into breast cancer in Wales and to help the charity to provide support services to thousands of women affected by it.

Tenovus Cancer Care has a long history of helping to make a difference to those with breast cancer and last year, the charity’s Cancer Support Team helped nearly 2,800 of these patients via its services. The charity is encouraging people to give an hour or even a day of their time to get involved.

Tenovus Corporate Relationship Manager Cheryl George explains: “We know that everyone is very busy but that’s why we’re asking for as little as an hour of their time to help cancer patients and their loved ones. This is our biggest bucket collection ever and we want to have some fun doing it. Ladies and Gents get your pink wigs, feather boas and buckets at the ready and join us!”
