Lincoln road closure – details and diversion

Drivers in Lincoln are being warned of potential journey disruption this week while our engineering teams conduct emergency repairs to the electricity network in the Wragby Road area of the city.

Upper Lindum Street will be closed from Tuesday 20 February to Monday 26 February while work is being carried out to repair the underground fault. A diversion route will be in place during the closure (the diversion route is shown by a dotted line on the map).

Temporary traffic lights are also in operation on Wragby Road until Monday.

These traffic measures will enable our engineering teams to complete the repair as quickly and safely as possible.

Power supplies to customers in the area are no longer affected by the fault but there may be some short interruptions while work is ongoing. Customers who experience a power cut are advised to call our 105 emergency number.
