Update your mobile number

If you are on the Priority Services Register and need to update your mobile number with us, please use the form below.

Please provide your mobile number, and your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) number.

Not sure what your MPAN number is?

Your MPAN is the unique electricity supply reference number for your address. We will use your MPAN to ensure that when we update your details we are updating the correct household. You can use our handy tool to find what yours is.

If you are unsure of your MPAN number, you can:

Use our online 'Who is my electricity supplier?' search tool
Find it on your PSR welcome letter
Find it on your electricity bill

Alternatively, you can either:

Call us to update your mobile on 0800 032 8301
Email us, along with your mobile number and address so we can identify you easily, at nged.psr@nationalgrid.co.uk

Please note that you can only update one contact number using this form. If you submit this form more than once, we will use the number from your most recent submission.
